SECURITY NOTES

How We Protect Rocket Transactions

Rocket Fastpay transfers carry your mobile-wallet PIN as the first layer of security, and our gateway adds a second verification step by matching the sender number against your registered 999 bdt phone. We also log every transaction server-side so you can audit your deposit history anytime.

Sender Verification

When you register, we ask for your Rocket-linked mobile number. Each deposit checks that the sender matches that number before crediting your balance, blocking transfers from unregistered wallets and reducing the risk of account takeover.

SSL-Encrypted Gateway

The payment gateway that receives Rocket transaction data runs on an SSL-encrypted endpoint, so the account number and amount travel over a secure channel. Your Rocket PIN stays inside the Rocket app and never reaches our server.

Transaction Audit Trail

We archive every Rocket deposit with a timestamp, reference code, and status flag. If you need to dispute a charge or prove a transfer cleared, download your account statement from the history page and forward it to our compliance team.

Regional Compliance

Rocket Fastpay availability depends on your local law and the regions we are allowed to serve. Our cashier displays Rocket only when your account location falls within an eligible zone, keeping the platform aligned with regional payment regulations.

The Rocket Fastpay Process on 999 bdt

Rocket Fastpay sits at the top of our deposit list because we know most visitors already use it for daily transfers. When you choose Rocket in the cashier, we display an account number and an amount field. Open your Rocket app, send the exact amount to that number, and confirm with your PIN. Our payment gateway checks the transaction against your 999

bdt account ID, and the funds appear in your lobby balance as soon as the network confirms the transfer. This entire path runs through established Rocket rails, so there are no third-party middlemen slowing things down. If you're on the train heading to work in Chittagong or sitting at home in Dhaka, the flow stays the same: wallet to lobby in two

taps. We also keep a transaction history inside your account so you can review every Rocket deposit you've made, down to the timestamp and reference code.

ROCKET HELP

Getting Help with Rocket Deposits

If a Rocket transfer takes longer than expected or the balance does not update, our support team can trace it using your transaction ID. We also publish a short troubleshooting checklist inside the cashier so you can verify the account number and amount before you send.

Live Chat Tracing Open live chat from the account menu and paste your Rocket transaction ID. Our team will query the gateway and tell you exactly where the transfer stands, whether it cleared or needs a manual push.
Rocket Balance Mismatch If the amount you sent does not match the amount we requested, the gateway may hold the transaction for review. Check the exact figure in your Rocket app and compare it with the deposit slip we showed you before sending.
Transaction History Log Every Rocket deposit appears in your account history with a status tag: pending, cleared, or failed. Use that log to cross-check your Rocket app statement if something looks off, and forward the reference code to support if needed.

Rocket Fastpay Glossary

01
What is Rocket Fastpay?

Rocket Fastpay is the mobile-wallet service from Dutch-Bangla Bank that lets you send money using your phone. On 999 bdt it appears as a deposit option so you can fund your account directly from your Rocket balance.

02
What does transaction ID mean?

A transaction ID is the unique reference code Rocket assigns to every transfer. You see it in your Rocket app after you confirm the payment, and we use it to trace deposits if the balance does not update immediately.

03
What is sender verification?

Sender verification is the check our gateway runs to confirm the Rocket number sending the deposit matches the mobile number you registered with your 999 bdt account, blocking transfers from unauthorised wallets.

04
What does clearing time mean?

Clearing time is how long it takes for a Rocket transfer to move from pending to confirmed on the network. Most deposits clear within a minute, but peak traffic or network maintenance can add a short delay.

05
What is a deposit slip?

A deposit slip is the screen we show you before you send the Rocket payment. It lists the account number, the exact amount, and a reference code so you can double-check every detail before opening your wallet app.

06
What does PIN confirmation do?

PIN confirmation is the step inside your Rocket app where you enter your personal code to approve the transfer. That code never leaves the Rocket system, so we never see it on our side.

Common Rocket Fastpay Questions

Log into your account, open the cashier, pick Rocket from the wallet list, and enter the amount you want to send. We will display an account number and a reference code. Open your Rocket app, send that amount to the number shown, confirm with your PIN, and your lobby balance updates once the network clears the transfer.

A pending tag usually means the Rocket network has not yet confirmed the transfer to our gateway. Check your Rocket app to see if the payment left your wallet. If it did, wait two minutes and refresh your balance; if it stays pending, contact live chat with your transaction ID.

No. Our sender-verification system matches the mobile number on the Rocket transfer against the number you registered with your 999 bdt account. If they do not match, the gateway will reject the deposit and return the funds to the sender within a few hours.

The cashier displays a minimum and a maximum for each wallet, including Rocket. Those limits depend on your account verification level and the payment-provider agreement we hold. You will see the exact range when you select Rocket as your deposit method.

First, compare the amount you sent in your Rocket app with the amount we requested on the deposit slip. If they differ, the gateway may hold the transaction for manual review. Contact support with both figures and your transaction ID so we can reconcile it.

We do not add a platform fee on top of your Rocket deposit. Rocket itself may charge a small network fee depending on your wallet tier and the transfer amount; that fee appears in your Rocket app before you confirm the payment, not on our side.
